Verdaris
Spray plans, rate math, and a compliance record that holds up.
Verdaris is a turf and chemical management platform for golf courses and turf operations. It plans spray applications, computes rate math against a property's real areas, tracks inventory, prints work orders, and keeps an audit trail — the planning and admin side of pesticide-application compliance.
Live in beta at sandbox.verdaris.app — sandbox data, not a production customer environment.

What Verdaris does
Real, shipped functionality — not a roadmap.
- Rate math you can trust
- Pick products from the catalog and get per-tank amounts computed automatically from each product's own rate and the target area.
- An audit trail, not just a form
- An issued plan isn't locked, but every edit after issue is recorded with who made it, when, and why, visible right on the plan.
- Inventory that warns you early
- Track on-hand quantity and reorder thresholds per product, with shortfall warnings surfaced in the plan builder before you're caught short.
- A property calendar
- See every plan — draft, issued, cancelled — laid out by date, so scheduling a week of applications is a glance, not a spreadsheet.
- An owner admin console
- Manage properties, areas, inventory, and staff from one place, with full CRUD control for org owners and managers.
- A monthly compliance report
- Generate a downloadable PDF summarizing a property's applications for the month — the record a regulator or an internal audit wants to see.
Compliance engine
Built on a real chemical catalog
Verdaris's product catalog is seeded from EPA's Pesticide Product Label System and California's Department of Pesticide Regulation data, with provenance and confidence tracked on every safety-relevant field. That catalog feeds two things a spreadsheet can't do safely: a deterministic REI/PPE calculator that applies the most-restrictive-wins rule across every product in a tank mix, and a three-layer tank-mix compatibility model — hard blocks from label prohibitions, warnings from manufacturer compatibility charts, and advisory notes from field experience — so the applicator sees exactly how much authority backs each warning, not a false sense of certainty.
- SaaS product design & development
- Geospatial property & area modeling
- EPA / CA DPR chemical catalog integration
- Multi-layer compliance & audit trail
- Native mobile companion app (Sprayvo)
- Offline-first field data sync
- Production operations & support
The field half of Verdaris
Sprayvo
What the applicator carries into the field — online or off.
A superintendent or manager builds the plan on the Verdaris web app: which products, which areas, what rates. Sprayvo is the companion iOS/Android app the applicator carries into the field to confirm the mix and record the actual application — fully offline-first, so nothing depends on signal in a maintenance shed.
- Assigned plans, synced ahead
- Today's spray plans are available on the device before the crew leaves the shed, signal or not.
- Mix attestation before spraying
- The applicator confirms the mix they actually built matches the plan, with a signed attestation, before applying.
- A real field record
- Applicator, actual rate and quantity, weather and wind, plus an optional photo of the application itself.
- QR pickup from a printed order
- Scan a QR code off a printed work order to jump straight to that plan on the phone.
